01 — Overview
Every register in the kote, on one screen.
KMS (KOT Management System) is a comprehensive, paperless Army armoury management platform built by Bravopace. It digitises traditional armoury administration by centralising records, inventory operations, equipment transactions, personnel workflows, accountability and administrative oversight in a single system.
The platform minimises manual paperwork, turns register-based processes digital, keeps operational records traceable, makes information retrieval instant, keeps inventory visible at all times and supports accurate, accountable armoury management. Its objective is a structured digital workflow for armoury operations — secure access, reliable recordkeeping and streamlined reporting.
KMS replaces fragmented, paper-dependent administration with a centralised digital ecosystem built around efficiency, transparency, accuracy and operational accountability.
02 — Scope
Army armoury management, and nothing else.
KMS covers the kote end to end: arms and instrument registers, issue and return, firing records, cleaning and damage records, work orders, daily state, stock accounting and personnel. It is a self-contained product with its own interface, database and audit trail.
Scope: Army armoury management only. The separate Gate Entry System and entrance-security functionalities are outside this product.
03 — Registers
Twenty-plus working registers, digitised.
Every register an armoury runs on paper today exists in KMS with the same fields, the same discipline and none of the handwriting.

04 — Platform
Built like an operations system, not a form.
The parts that make a register trustworthy: identity, verification, audit, backup.
Face-verified returns
A weapon return closes against a captured face match, so the register records who actually took delivery — not just a name in a box.
Overdue alerts
Any weapon issued without a return record surfaces automatically, with butt number, registration number and the borrower on the alert.
Isolated per-unit access
Sign-in with time-limited sessions; every unit works inside its own database, so one kote's records never leak into another's.
Encrypted audit trail
System activity is logged and encrypted, with rotating backup copies of the log kept in separate locations.
On-demand backups
Database backups are taken per unit and restorable from the panel — a mis-entered register is never a lost register.
Dashboard & briefing
Stock status for arms and instruments — total, issued, damaged, available — with issue/return/damage history and a daily briefing view.
Print-ready output
Any register prints by date range in black and white with signatures included, exactly matching the paperwork the unit still files.
In-app assistant
A chat and voice assistant answers search questions across personnel, weapons and instruments without scrolling through pages.
05 — Versions
Two versions. Choose your depth.
Version 1 is the complete armoury software — everything a kote needs to run on paperless registers. Version 2 builds the connected layer on top: assistant, biometric security and RFID registration for the field.
