Privacy policy, in plain language.

What we collect when you use bravopace.com, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it.

This policy covers bravopace.com. It does not cover the tools we use to deliver client work, which are governed by the agreements we sign with those clients.

  • Information you send us through the contact form: your name, email, company, the service you are asking about and your message.
  • Standard server logs (IP address, requested page, time, user agent) kept by our host for security and debugging.
  • Preferences you set in your own browser, such as the admin panel login — these stay on your device and are never sent to us.
  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare the call you asked for — this is done at your request, before any contract exists.
  • To secure and operate the website (rate limiting, abuse prevention, error investigation).
  • To send you occasional updates if you ask for them, and to stop sending them the moment you ask.
  • We do not sell, rent or share your details with advertisers or data brokers.
  • We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The site sets no marketing cookies.
  • We do not use your enquiry to build profiles about you beyond replying to it.

Retention: enquiries are kept for as long as we are discussing work with you, then for up to 24 months for follow-up context unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs rotate automatically.

Your rights: ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it — one email to hello@bravopace.com and we will confirm when it is done. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

Let's put your operations on Bravo pace.

Tell us what is slowing the business down. You will get a practical plan back: what we take on, what stays with your team, and what it costs.

  1. 1. Send the brief

Two minutes on the form — or just email us directly. Whatever is quickest for you.

  2. 2. 30-minute call

We dig into the workflow, the tools and the numbers, then confirm what we would take on.

  3. 3. Plan in writing

Scope, owners, turnaround and price — inside two working days, with a start date you choose.
