Work

Work that ships, not slide decks.

Three engagements we can describe in detail. Client names stay private until they say otherwise — we walk references through on a call.

01 — Snapshots

How the work looks in practice

SaaS · Embedded team

Revenue operations for a subscription business

The situation: pipeline, billing and support data disagreed across three systems, and the monthly close took a week of founder time. What we ran: CRM hygiene and quoting rules, subscription reconciliation, a tier-one support desk with written answers, and a Friday numbers page. What changed: reporting moved from a monthly scramble to a weekly page with an owner, and the founder stopped doing bookkeeping.

Pillars: Grow + Run

E-commerce · Retained partner

Back office for a brand selling on several channels

The situation: stock disagreed with reality, returns were processed two different ways, and marketplace settlements never tied out first time. What we ran: daily inventory reconciliation, returns handling to one standard, bookkeeping across payouts and suppliers, and after-hours customer care. What changed: stock exceptions are found before customers do, and margin became a number measured per channel.

Pillar: Run

Healthcare · Project sprint

Front-desk and credentialing cleanup for a clinic group

The situation: front-desk rules differed per location, credentialing renewals lived in one person's calendar, and billing follow-up was ad hoc. What we ran: one written intake and booking standard, a credentialing tracker with named owners and renewal dates, and a billing follow-up schedule. What changed: coverage could change without care slipping, and nothing was left to expire quietly.

Pillar: Run + Build

02 — In common

What every engagement shares

  • A written standard before delivery — agreed with the person who signs off the work.
  • One workflow proven first, then scope widened deliberately rather than all at once.
  • Weekly reporting in numbers: what moved, what slipped, what is next.
  • A quarterly recommendation on what to stop — sometimes including work we do.

Let's put your operations on Bravo pace.

Tell us what is slowing the business down. You will get a practical plan back: what we take on, what stays with your team, and what it costs.

  1. 1. Send the brief

Two minutes on the form — or just email us directly. Whatever is quickest for you.

  2. 2. 30-minute call

We dig into the workflow, the tools and the numbers, then confirm what we would take on.

  3. 3. Plan in writing

Scope, owners, turnaround and price — inside two working days, with a start date you choose.
